Can you prepare an invoice for our business?
Tell our team your company name, billing details and any tax-document requirements when requesting a quote. We’ll confirm the invoice details, applicable VAT and available documentation before you proceed.
How does business storage compare with renting a warehouse?
Storage can suit businesses that need space for stock, equipment or office contents without taking on a whole warehouse. Send your item list, access needs and intended duration so we can quote a suitable option. Compare the confirmed price and terms with your alternatives.
Can my staff access our unit?
Yes. Register the staff members who may access your unit and they can visit with their own ID. Kuta HQ is open 9AM–7PM, with 24-hour access by prior appointment.
Can you collect from our venue?
Yes. Our van covers Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, Nusa Dua and Uluwatu, and Bali Safe Movers handles larger loads.
What can’t we store?
Hazardous materials, perishable goods, anything illegal and live animals.
How do we request a quote?
Fill in the business inquiry form, review the prepared message, then open WhatsApp and press Send. Include your item list, approximate volume, dates and transport needs. Our team confirms space, the final price and booking arrangements; the website does not take payment or reserve a unit.
