Choosing your storage

What can I store with Bali Safe Storage?
We offer luggage storage, lockers, surfboard storage, self-storage units for boxes and furniture, cool storage, and covered car storage at Kuta HQ. We also help businesses store stock, equipment and office contents. Tell us what you have, how much space you need and your dates, and we’ll recommend an option.
Which storage size should I choose?
Luggage storage suits suitcases and travel bags; lockers suit smaller personal items. Self-storage units are available in small, medium and large sizes. Send photos, an item list and the dimensions of your largest pieces on WhatsApp so our team can recommend a size and confirm it will fit.
Can I store bags while I visit Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan or the Gili Islands?
Yes. Our Sanur branch is near Sanur Port, making it convenient to leave larger bags while you travel to the islands. Share your departure and return times before you arrive so we can confirm space and collection arrangements.
How do you protect belongings from Bali’s humidity?
Our storage facilities use commercial dehumidifiers to help manage moisture, and we offer a separate air-conditioned cool-storage option. Ask our team which service suits your belongings. Make sure everything is clean and completely dry before packing; humidity control is not a guarantee against mould or damage.
How secure is the facility?
Our Kuta facility has 24/7 security guards, CCTV and controlled access. Luggage is tagged and catalogued to help prevent mix-ups. Ask the team about the security and access arrangements for your chosen service and branch.
What items are not allowed?
Do not bring hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items or live animals. If you are unsure about liquids, batteries, chemicals or another unusual item, ask our team before transporting it to the facility.
